A Law of Attraction night routine is an effective way to increase your vibration and help you manifest what you truly desire.

Of course, not all Law of Attraction practitioners have a nighttime manifesting routine, but it’s definitely something you should consider if you’re trying to manifest your dream life.

Law of Attraction Night Routine

Your night routine can be as simple or as elaborate as you’d like (and as time allows.)

Having said that, there are four Law of Attraction-specific rituals that you should include in your night manifesting routine.


Going to bed with a positive, clear headspace is one of the best ways to raise your vibration, set new intentions, and attract what you desire.

You may have had a rough day (nobody has a perfect day, every day) but you don’t need to continue focusing on your terrible day and allowing it to take up space in your mind, especially when you’re asleep.

Going to sleep with a positive, clear headspace is an excellent way to set new intentions and attract what you desire.

One of the best ways to do this is by taking dedicating some time every evening to meditation.

Sit in a quiet, distraction-free place. Place your hands in a comfortable and get comfortable.

Light a candle or turn on an essential oil diffuser to create ambiance. Close your eyes, and start deep breathing exercises.

Feel every sensation of your breath, focusing on your breath instead of the thoughts that fill your mind. When a thought comes through, watch it disappearing gently, and go back to focusing on your breath.

Just a few minutes of meditation in the evening is all you need to relax your body and mind.

Visualize What You Want

Visualization works best when you are relaxed, so your nighttime routine is a good time to practice visualization.

After you have meditated (or alternatively, during your meditation,) think about one thing you want to manifest, then visualize a scene in which you’ve achieved your desire.

If you’re in a relationship and you want to take that “next step,” visualize exactly what that means for you.

This could be your wedding day, or it could be even further in the future when you have children or go on a vacation together to celebrate your 10-year anniversary.

When you’re visualizing, remember to keep that picture in your head. Look at it from your perspective, and try to feel your emotions in that exact moment you’re visualizing.

Practice Scripting

Law of attraction scripting is a powerful manifesting tool.

Essentially, Law of Attraction scripting involves journaling what you are grateful for and what you are trying to manifest.

However, instead of writing about what you want or need, you write as if you have already received/achieved your goal while expressing your gratitude.

For example, instead of writing “I want to get a promotion at work” write down, “I am so grateful for the promotion I have just received at work.”

Express Gratitude

Even if you expressed gratitude when you started your day, you want to do it again in the evening – we can never express too much gratitude for the blessings we’ve received.

Your nighttime gratitude journaling is a good time to get specific about what happened during the day that you’re grateful for.

Some of it might be the same as what you wrote the night before, which is completely fine.

We are often grateful for the same blessings over and over again.

Try to think of at least 3-5 things you are grateful for each day and write them down.

Many of the methods used in the law of attraction involve journalling, such as gratitude, scripting, and the 55×5 method.

This is why having a high-quality journal is important.

A Law of Attraction night routine doesn’t have to be long or complicated – in fact, keeping it short and simple means you’re more likely to stick to it, which is most important.

A short meditation, visualization, practicing gratitude, and journaling are all you need for an effective night routine for manifestation.
