There are three simple steps to take when doing the 55×5 manifestation method.

Step 1: Choose Your Affirmation

Your affirmation is your goal or desire.

Think about what you want to manifest, and be specific. The more specific you are the better.

Furthermore, don’t think of your affirmation as something that might happen. You should think of it as something that has already happened. 

Try to imagine and connect with how you’ll feel when your manifestation happens. Will it bring you joy? Close your eyes and connect with the specific emotion. 

Here are a few tips on finding a good affirmation:

  • Choose something specific
  • Keep it short and to the point
  • What excites you? 
  • Make your affirmation in the present tense (as if you already have it)
  • Be grateful — the 55×5 method isn’t about being greedy and stomping your feet until you get what you want

Try to make your goal long enough to be specific, but short enough for your subconscious mind to lock it in.

Here are a few examples of what your 55×5 affirmation might look like:

  • I am thankful for achieving my dream job
  • I am grateful for being pregnant
  • I am blessed to be driving my dream car

Step 2: Write It Out

When you have chosen the right 55×5 affirmation for you, it’s time to write it down.

Next, you’ll have to write your affirmation down 55 times per day or five days in a row.

It may sound like a lot but, depending on how quickly you write, it shouldn’t take too long.

To help you stay on track of how many times you’ve written your 55×5 affirmation, try to number the lines or mark where you’re writing.

As you’re writing, it can be tricky to keep your mind from wandering off, however, try your best to stay focused.

Feeling the emotion and connecting with the feeling of having what you desire is important.

Reading your affirmation out loud as you’re writing can help keep you focused — it can even help drive the affirmation further into your subconscious mind.

55×5 Method – Can You Miss a Day?

It’s important to try and stay consistent when you’re using the 55×5 method (or manifesting in general.)

Having said that, if you miss a day, don’t sweat it but don’t give up either, just start over.

Even if your manifestation comes before the five days are done, I recommend that you keep going and be consistent.

Additionally, it’s best to write your affirmation in one go.

Think of it like meditation — you wouldn’t meditate and then stop to go eat a sandwich halfway through! 

Step 3: Forget About It

After each writing session, forget about your affirmation.

Distract yourself with other positive thoughts, hang out with friends and family, or read a book you love.

Obsessing over what you desire or when you’re going to receive it will only hurt your chances in the long run.

You see, if you’re longing for your desire to come, doubt, anxiety, or maybe even sadness can come instead.

Remember the Law of Attraction — like attracts like — so if your energy turns to doubtfulness, sadness, and anxiety, you will only attract these feelings right back.

Instead, by only focusing on your desire during writing, you’ll feel as if your affirmation has already happened.

How Do You Write 55×5?

You write the 55×5 method by writing your affirmation 55 times for five consecutive days. It’s important that you write your affirmation on a piece of paper, not on a computer.

When writing on a computer, it’s too easy to get distracted by other things, such as how quickly you’re typing. This can cause your mind to start wandering off and make the method less effective.

What Happens Just Before Manifestation?

What happens before your manifestation differs. You might notice a few signs that could lead you in the right direction.

As an example, you might be trying to get a new job — during or after the five days, you might begin to find more job opportunities. 

Make sure you follow these signs when they occur. You shouldn’t just sit back and think that it will all happen on its own.

Can I Manifest More Things at the Same Time?

Yes, you can manifest more than one thing at a time, but I don’t recommend it.

It’s important to stay focused on your affirmation during those five days. Once the five days are over, you can then begin to manifest another desire.

Why “55×5” Exactly?

The 55×5 manifesting formula is based on the 55 times a day for five consecutive days theory.

The number “5” signifies change, realignment, and transformation in numerology.

When used in this manifestation technique, you’re realigning yourself with a new path — where your desires become a reality.

In saying that, you can also do other patterns, such as 33×3, meaning you write your affirmation 33 times for three consecutive days.

You can also do more than 55×5, but I’ve found that the 55×5 method is the easiest to stick to and has the most success.

What If My Desire Hasn’t Manifested by the Fifth Day?

If your desire has not manifested by day five, don’t sweat it.

It’s important to stay positive — just because it hasn’t happened yet it doesn’t mean it won’t happen!

Also, when it comes to manifesting and the Law of Attraction, it’s important to be realistic and mindful of the laws of the universe.

The point of the 55×5 method is to get the ball rolling in 5 days – you’re getting the systems and mindset in place to manifest what you want in 5 days – that doesn’t mean that at the end of 5 days you’re going to be a millionaire (if that’s your goal.)

You can keep going by doing another round of five days. Some people like to take a five-day break and then get back to it.

It’s also essential to remember that not everything happens overnight.

If you’re asking to become a millionaire, it will take some time and effort.

Again, look and listen for signs and follow them as you can.

The number 55 is all about self-empowerment. When using the 55×5 method for manifestation, it’s essential to keep it specific — do your writing, focus, and feel the emotion.
